1. Booking & Payment
1.1 Inquiry & Quote: Upon receiving your inquiry, we will provide a customized itinerary and quote within 48 hours. Quotes are valid for 14 days.
1.2 Deposit: To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total tour cost is required. Payment can be made via credit card (Visa/Mastercard/Amex) or bank transfer.
1.3 Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. For bookings made within 30 days of travel, full payment is required upon confirmation.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:
- 31+ days before arrival: Loss of Deposit (20%).
- 15-30 days before arrival: 50% of total tour cost.
- 8-14 days before arrival: 75% of total tour cost.
- 0-7 days before arrival: 100% of total tour cost (No Refund).
3. Changes to Itinerary
One (1) major revision to the itinerary is permitted free of charge after booking. Subsequent major changes may incur a handling fee of $50 USD per change, plus any difference in supplier costs.
4. Travel Insurance
Mandatory Requirement: Tourmei requires all clients to possess valid travel insurance covering medical emergencies, repatriation, and trip cancellation. We are not liable for costs incurred due to flight delays, health issues, or lost luggage.
5. Privacy Policy
5.1 Data Collection: We collect personal data (names, passport numbers, dietary requirements) solely for the purpose of booking hotels, transport, and experiences.
5.2 Data Sharing: Your data is shared only with necessary third parties (hotels, guides, transport providers) to fulfill your itinerary.
